About Me – Neurographica® Instructor Ruta Cerniauskaite

Ever since my teenage years, I found peace and freedom through painting — first with watercolors, then with oil paints. Art was always my sanctuary. But deep inside, I longed for something more: a method that would not only be beautiful but would also help raise consciousness and work through the timeline of life.

I was searching for a tool that could support inner healing and transformation:
– A way to heal the past: to soothe emotional wounds, release childhood pain, and transform old traumas.
– A way to connect with the present: to stabilize emotional states, discover inner resources, and activate personal talents.
– A way to shape the future: to envision and create the life of one’s dreams.

One day, a client invited me to my very first Neurographica session — and that experience changed everything. I was deeply moved. Neurographica entered my life like a spark of magic and quickly grew into a deep, lifelong journey. I became a certified Neurographica® instructor and supervisor.
